Display user submitted data on page

Hi everyone,

I’m new here and also new with GravityForms.

I hope I can get some help.

This is my issue:

I created a form, which looks like this:

When a registered member creates a project and submits it, the page looks like this:
goo.gl/0xR4o

As you can see, 4 of the fields are missing.

Project description, locatie, budget and also termijn.

Locatie, budget and termijn are custom taxonomy created under a custom post type “projecten.”

Is there a way to display the data on a page which a user has submitted?
