Display website content based on drop down selection

  1. Hola!

Not sure if this is an easy thing or a big programming to do, but what I'd like to do is dynamically populate a portion of a page based on the selection someone makes in Gravity Form.

For example, I'd like to display text relevant to residents of a certain county once they select it from the drop down menu.

A visitor to the page will be asked to select the county they reside in.

So if someone selects "Jefferson County", text will then appear under the selection specific to Jefferson County and a contact form for more information will appear as well. This would be different from the information displayed if someone selected "Washington County" as well.

Is this something that can be done easily? Or maybe it's a matter of creating different pages that clicking "submit" will then link to?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks!
    J~

  2. And, of course, I may have figured it out - probably need to do conditional logic...

  3. Yes, you could use conditional logic to hide/show HTML fields accordingly.

  4. Yup, that's exactly it and I feel like a fool for asking.

    Thanks!
