display:none on multipage form with conditional logic - HELP

    Hey all,

    the form is at https://www.ucfinance.co.uk/apply-test

    It is not displaying.

I have checked that I am enquing the GF scripts correctly, and the footer.php file has the appropriate wp_footer hook before the ending body tag.

I can also see from the source, that the link to the conditional.js file in the plugin structure is pointing to the right place.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    A

  2. You do have a JS error on the page: Screenshot

Follow the instructions here to test for a theme/plugin conflict as first steps in troubleshooting:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Does your form work and show in the formbuilder preview?

    Hi,

I duplicated my install on my localhost. In my theme, with all the plugins deactivated except for Gravity Forms, the form is still hidden.

In 2010 theme, the application works fine.

    Thanks,

    Alan
