Do not send notifications is not working

  1. I use Gravity forms for everything we do. There is a new version on one of the sites I have never seen before (must have accidentally upgraded) that will send notifications even though the check box to "send notifications only when payment is made" is checked.

    Any ideas?

Have you updated the Paypal add-on to the latest version as well?

  3. Thanks for the reply.

I am assuming I have the latest papypal add on because there is no upgrade indicator saying there is another version.

  4. I'm having an identical issue. Notifications are all sending upon redirect to Paypal, not upon payment.

    Versions:

    GForms: 1.7.2
Paypal addon: 1.5 (upgrading this to the most recent version, 1.7, now to see if it makes a difference)

  5. This fixed my issue, at least on the first of three payment forms, after deleting my existing paypal feed and recreating it. (http://greenpoweroffsets.com).

I did note that the new version had a slightly different option set up for the notifications. I believe this is the significant change which probably impacted our setup. Hope this can be helpful to someone!

Webexpress – please note that even though I wasn't being notified of a GForms update for the Paypal addon, it wasn't in fact upgraded. I'm having an unrelated issue whereby those plugins to GForms say that they aren't registered.
