Double up on notifications

    Can anyone suggest why I might be getting two notifications instead of just one? I've disabled notifications to the user, but the administrator account is getting two for each form.

    Are you also getting two records of the entry in the admin? If so, there is probably something in your server setup causing the form to be posted twice.

    Thanks Alex, yes, I'm also getting two entries. Nothing else from wordpress does this, but I can't work out what is different here!

    It is most likely a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all plugins and see if the problem is resolved. If it is, activate the plugins one by one to determine which is causing the conflict.
