Drop-down Menu to Switch Between "Subscription" or "Product"

    Hi all,
    I wanted to let you know that I created an add-on that allows you to create a form that has a drop-down menu or radio buttons to switch between a single product or a subscription: Gravity Forms Subscriptions Add-on.

    I was having the same issue as this support topic, and I wanted users to be able to choose one-time payment or recurring payments instead of setting up two completely separate forms.

    It's in version 1.0 right now, so please let me know if you encounter any issues. Also, let me know what you think on the plugin support forum!

    Zack, this plug-in shows real promise! I'll be testing it on an upcoming real estate site. I love the feature of controlling subscription frequency. That's real innovation! Thanks again Zack!

    Not sure what I am doing wrong here, but this is exactly what I need, but cannot seem to get it to work right. Are there any tutorials? Thanks for any help.

    Edit:

    I am not sure this will work for me. I need the following:
    One subscription which will be yearly for $35 each year
    or
    One time payment of $300 - No subscription.

    Can this plug in achieve this?

    Please contact the plugin developer for assistance. Zack created this 3rd party add-on and handles the support for it himself.
