Drop down not posting to paypal but text field does

    I have a site accepting donations and after a few tests, I see the text field option will send the payment to Paypal pro but the drop down does not. Each field will calculate the cost and the confirmation email shows the donation amount but the only funds that get transferred to Paypal Pro are the ones that go in the text field. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

    In your entry, what at the totals for the form submissions where the text field is used vs. the drop down? I did not see a drop down in this form. Just the text field for the user-defined amount.

    I tried to make a test submission, but the page just hung after submitting the form.

    UPDATE: the page hung for a really long time, but eventually returned with an error. This is visible in the source of the page: <!-- Payment Error: 10544 --> You can find out information about that error code here: https://cms.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_nvp_errorcodes

    Looks like you need to contact PayPal for that error code.
