drop-downs not working on mobile devices

We are having an issue with the drop-down elements in the lower section of this form when appearing on mobile devices:

    http://healthfxtoronto.com/patient-resources/new-patient-contact-form/

In the lower half of the form, under "Questions to consider…", the numeric drop-downs beside "Activity 1, 2, 3" are not working on mobile devices. The field itself is appearing, but the drop-down is not showing any numbering.

Other drop-downs in the form (province, etc.) are working fine.

    Hoping you can help.

    Thanks,
    Deirdre

  2. I see what you mean. Screenshot with iOS 6.1 on an iPhone 3G: http://minus.com/lpeMnEiZE24vg

Let me ask the team about this one.

Thanks, Chris. I forgot to mention the most important clarification — that it seems to be an iPhone issue. It doesn't seem to be occurring on Androids or Blackberrys…

We've had a lot of other mobile version issues that only happen on iPhones. Obviously an unfortunate recurrence in mobile conversion!

Thanks for any help your team can lend.

  4. Can you try making the drop down a "medium" Field Size on the advanced tab and check again on iOS? The small is set to a width of 25% in the CSS.
