Dropdown destination boxe

    Hi,

    Is is possible to add a department dropdown destination box such as contact form used by Studiopress ?

    Question 2: Is it possible to assign different email address to each one?

    It is possible. You can see an example of a form I just created with this exact thing.

    To show/hide different fields (and the 'submit' button) you just use conditional logic - for the form button it's located in the Advanced area of your form Title/Description section.
