    Trying to add a drop down field with a mist of municipal services like http://www.bayonnenj.org/residents/constituent-service-requests/ (Sent to) which would direct all responses it to that email address...

    I've already answered this request. That form is using a drop down field with the enhanced interface. It is a checkbox option on the drop down field type.

    Hi again, I know there is a learning curve, but please read through our extensive documentation as it will have most of the answers you are looking for.

    It sounds like what you are looking for is routing. Routing is a feature in our notifications that lets you e-mail different people in our notification settings based on a form selection.
