Dropdown options (Default choice)

    I tried looking all over the forum for this. Also search the similar topics for a while and couldnt find it. Im sure im over thinking this or something :)

    How can I not have a pre set choice? I would like it to be blank or say something like "Select an option".

    I know i can just make a choice labeled SELECT AN OPTION but then the "required" rule doesn't really apply anymore because something is already selected.

    Im sure this is a super simple fix. I almost feel dumb posting it

    Make the First Option blank or make the first option "PLease Select" Click "Show Values" on top right of the edit window and remove the Value of "Please Select "
