Duplicate entries on form to post

  1. I've created a form to allow for article submissions on our site that creates a draft post from a gravity form. Whenever a user submits the form, two posts are created. I've also set up the "enable email notification to administrators" to email me, but no email notifications are generated. I've read other posts about some social networking plugins causing conflicts with duplicate notifications, but we don't have any SN plugins active on the site.

  2. Hi, Lee,

I loaded the link you provided using FireFox with Firebug turned on and there are several javascript errors being thrown; these could be causing the problem. It isn't just social networking plugins that may cause issues, any plugin or theme can have impact if it is badly coded. What you need to do is see if you do have a theme or plugin conflict by following the steps in this article, http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict .

Run through that and see if you can figure out which plugin is conflicting. If you still need some help, please send us an admin login using the Contact Us form and reference this forum post and we can go in and see what is happening.

    Thanks.
