dynamic form for booking courses... is Gravity my Holy Grail

    I'd like the look of Gravity, but i need it to be able to be a dynamic form for booking courses, and have the option to take payment.

    An example of what i'd ideally like it to do can be viewed here http://www.francesking.co.uk/enrol/ (enrol online form). Basically with the dynamic fields, and various stages of the form being filled in (quote > personal details > accommodation > visa > Payment ).

    This is my Holy Grail, can Gravity do this ? (if it can't do some of it please explain which bits)
