Dynamic multiple option doesn't control conditional fields

  1. Hello Admins,

I have a dynamic multiple choice (person or company) and some other fields like person name or company name depends upon this value. The conditional fields are working well when I click manually any of the options, but if the options are selected by query string, the conditional fields don;t show up at all. Any suggestions?

    Thx,
    Tamas

  2. UPDATE,

I tried putting all the dependent fields into the query string with no value, but those fields still doesn't show up. Neither if I click the options.

  4. I solved it, sorry. Somehow the checked conditional values got duplicated, I cleaned it, now the logic works well.

"Person" Single Line Text was like this

    ...
    Conditional Logic
Show field if All of the following match:
Subject is company, person, person <-- THIS WAS HERE, while the multiple choice had only company and person.

    Anyway, it's OK.

  5. Hi Tamas,

I did a quick test and this functionality was working for me. What version of Gravity Forms are you using?

  6. Hi David,
I used the latest 1.4.5 version. The plugin functions well, sorry for the false complaint. Anyway as I wrote somehow the same value to be checked in the multiple choice's condition got duplicated, this caused the problem. If I find out how it happened, I will write it too.
    Thanks,
    Tamas
