I have a CLIENT SURVEY and it is long, can I brake it up into steps?

Multi-page forms are discussed frequently here. There's a couple of similar scripts that use jQuery to accomplish this, much like what you've referenced though I hadn't see that particular one.
You can do a search for multi-page forms, multi page, wizard, etc. and find several topics on it here. There are also a few how-to's around that can help you pull this off for now.

We do plan on adding multi-page form functionality in a future version.. most likely v.1.6 coming along later this year.

My pleasure. If we run across anything really sweet, we'll be sure to share it. Our plan is to get some type of paging implemented into the plugin soon so keep an eye out for that.
