Dynamically populate dropdown shortcode

    I'm trying to dynamically populate a drop-down with one of the pre-defined choices, but having no success!...

    I've selected in Advanced Tab the "Allow field to be populated dynamically", choosed "escolhaoassunto" as Parameter Name; and activated/deactivated the "enable values" for "Choices" in Properties Tab.

    The shortcode is: [gravityform id=1 name=ContactUs title=false description=false ajax=true field_values='escolhaoassunto=Alvalade']

    Is there anything missing?
