Dynamically Populating Drop Down Fields

I need to dynamically populate a drop down list based on values stored in the database of gravity forms. I found this in the documentation http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Dynamically_Populating_Drop_Down_Fields

The problem is that It only shows a heading "The Code" and that's it... nothing more. I am sure this must be a mistake?

Could you possibly give me this content?

  2. That is a placeholder page that is in development. It should have been removed until it was ready. I have let the developer who is working on the tutorial know it was asked about to see if it's something he can wrap up so the page can be updated with the real content.

  4. How did you go about populating the drop-down from custom field values?
