I use the Advanced name field at the top of a form.
Further down the form I have a SECOND Advanced name field and I would like it to be dynamically populated with the first and last name of the FIRST Advanced name field.
I have clicked "Allow field to be populated dynamically" in my second name field but I'm unclear what I should enter into the Field Parameter Name area for both the First & Last fields.
