e-mail a thanks you to the client?

    hello,

    is there a process that sends the person who fills out the form to get a automatic email that says thank you, we will be back int ouch ... here is more info. etc.??

    Yes, this is the User Notification. You can setup an Admin Notification and a User Notification. The Admin Notification would go to you and the User Notification would go to the person submitting the form. You can configure these under Notifications. Go to Edit Forms, hover over the form you want to edit and choose Notifications. This will take you to the Notification configuration screen for that form.
