Each form entry generating an email notification with no data

This is a followup to this thread

We are getting blank email notifications that seemed to be trigged by actual form entries - but each entry seems to be triggering multiple blank notifications - we've gotten 10 in the last two hours.

Have debugged and checked for plugin conflicts, but can't seem to find the issue. If I send over an admin login, could someone from the team take a look? Thank you.

  2. Is it happening every time a form is submitted? If not it's going to be difficult to debug.

Nobody else is reporting the issue which means it's specific to your site and most likely being caused by a plugin or theme you are using. But it would have to be able to be reliably replicated in order to debug.

It's actually gotten a bit stranger - we've shut down notifications for the form, but are still getting blank notifications. We can't really switch to the default theme or disable all the plugins for any period of time. It is difficult since the notifications are only coming through randomly.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thanks

Sorry for the all the random info, but here's another update: We have shut down notifications for all of the forms on the site (we have about 30) and it seems to have stopped the blank notifications from coming in. Is it possible that another form could be generating the blank notifications?

  5. Do you have any customizations in place? Nobody else is reporting an issue like this so it's something specific to your site setup. Possibly a plugin conflict or a theme conflict. It sounds like you have code somewhere in your site that is interfering with how Gravity Forms functions. You would have to figure out a way to reliably reproduce the issue and then test for plugin and theme conflicts to determine what's causing the conflict.

We do have quite a bit of javascript in place that is performing calculations - but have had that in place for a quite awhile. We did recently add some jquery that could possibly be sparking something. Is there a javascript debugger you can recommend?

  7. I've never seen anything do this so I can't tell you for sure. The FireBug plugin for FireFox works pretty well for debugging Javascript.
