how do you delete the "edit this form" text that appears at the bottom of a form when it is published in WordPress? My form has this as a hyperlink to the edit function in Wordpress and I don't want this showing on every form.

It's only visible if you're logged in as an administrator. The general public doesn't see the link.
There's no way to remove it. You can hide it with CSS for the time being if you find it that egregious, but it's been removed entirely for the next 1.6 release.
