Editor Toolbar (Kitchen Sink)

  1. Hey,

First post. Love the plugin. Client is super pleased. However, big problem. I am seeing that the "Kitchen Sink" icon has disappeared, and the toolbar simply disappears as well. My font in the "Body" box is all white as well. I know there is text in there because if I highlight it, it shows.

Have you seen this issue? It seems to be a conflict with "#quicktags". The class shows "display: none" and if I uncheck that in firebug, the toolbar appears. However, the Gravity Forms Icon above the editor toolbar seems to have replaced the "Kitchen Sink" icon.

Please let me know if you have seen this.

Thanks for the help and the awesome plugin.

    Best regards,
    David

  2. Sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. If this issue was a bug we would have reports of it coming in from lots of users and this is the first time it has been reported. You need to check for theme and plugin conflicts.

To check for theme conflicts you would activate the default Twenty Ten theme and see if the issue is happening. If it is, then it's your theme causing the issue.

To check for plugin conflicts you would deactivate ALL plugins and only activate Gravity Forms. Test to see if the issue is happening, if it isn't then it's another plugin causing the issue.

Activate each plugin one by one and test after each one to determine which one is causing the issue.
