Email Addresses are showing up with extra spaces

When we get filled out form data via email, there are random spaces in the required email address fill in.

For instance, if someone types in steve@steve.com the emailed form data we receive may show the email address as ste ve@steve.com or steve@st eve.com.

Is anyone else having that problem?

    Here's a link to the form: http://www.rainieros.com/freemovingestimate

Here's what the received data looks like:

    Daytime Phone

    (425)210-1111
    Email Address:

    dwiviott@gmail.co m

As you can see, there is a space between the o and the m in .com.

I did other tests, and the same thing happened randomly.

    Help!

  2. Nobody else has reported this issue. What version of Gravity Forms are you running?

I have not upgraded to the latest version yet. I saw that it fixed an exclamation point ptoblem.

  4. You may want to upgrade to the latest version. We highly recommend always upgrading to the latest version as we are constantly adding new features, enhancements, and of course fixing any bugs that may popup.

The exclamation point problem could be related to the issue you are encountering. You may be seeing a space instead of an exclamation point. Different server configurations handle things differently.

Upgrade and then test it out and see if it is still happening.
