email is not utf8 encoded

    My emails contains utf-8 characters like (Ã¥), but the email is not utf-8 encoded, which makes the text unreadable.

    We will look into it. Gravity Forms doesn't use it's own mail function, it relies on the WordPress mail function in order to send email.

    We know the issue and will be implementing a fix in v1.1 which we are wrapping up development on.
