The form you're referring to is a simple mailchimp email form. That's not actually a Gravity Form.
That said, you can recreate the layout with a single email field and a little CSS tweaking. You can search the forums for "inline form" etc. and find a few examples, or check out this topic from just a few days ago with more details on how to do that layout.

What I have done is to use the Notification E-mail of my GF form to submit the Name and E-mail fields to my Aweber list via E-mail.
To do this you have to use the E-mail Parser on Aweber. It works great. As soon as a visitor submits a GF Form on my site his details is captured in my Aweber list and that way you build your newsletter / subscriber list.
Thanks guys!
Kevin...The mailchimp form is that a plugin? I use mailchimp but unable to locate the form? Thanks again.
MailChimp has a way to generate a simple sign up form in their administration tool. You'd have to find it on their site, they provide a tool for creating simple sign up forms like this one. Or you can use Gravity Forms and the MailChimp Add-On.
@jacquesbez What did you put in the "trigger" boxes in the email parser in AWeber to retrieve the information from the email sent via the Notification E-Mail in GF.
I cannot get this to work properly - and I'm not a programmer, so struggling a bit...
Can you help??
I to am looking at doing the same thing " in the email parser in AWeber to retrieve the information from the email sent via the Notification E-Mail in G" also I am not a programmer and would like to know how this is done??
Thanks
