Hi,
I have email sending set up to sent via SMTP. I did test via the SMTP plugin and I am receiving the emails. I tested using gmail, our own address as well as others and received all of them fine.
I am testing the form a created https://singletonmoms.org/forms/ and I am receiving the admin email but not the user email.
Our email server is Google Apps. Any idea why the SMTP test is working but not the user email? I have tried various different email addresses but nothing.

PS this is part of the debugging message I am getting form the SMTP test. There is one error but not sure what it means and whether that is the cause.
