Email notification only works with Gmail SMTP

I am having problems getting the Email notification to work. I've searched the board and found some similair topics but can't find a solution for my problems.

I am setting up the gravity form with a SMTP plugin where I add a existing email adres. It works on my own business email but doesn't work with my customers email (thats needs to receive the notification). I thought it was a spam problem on the side of my customer, but when I use a gmail account it works and he receives the notification.

Anybody know the answer to this problem?

  2. This is going to be an SMTP or web server configuration issue rather than something with Gravity Forms itself.

You would have to explain what kind of setup you have, if you have implemented the WP Mail SMTP plugin, etc.

Is the customers email associated with the domain name of this site? Meaning is the http://www.site.com domain name that Gravity Forms is being used on also the same as the email@site.com that isn't receiving the emails?

We'll need more details in order to suggest something. It's going to be a configuration issue with how you have SMTP setup, or possibly web server settings.

Also be sure to make sure the email isn't being flagged as spam by the users email system.
