Email Notification to User not being sent when using PayPal

  2. What is the payment status on the entries where the notifications do not appear to be arriving? If they are pending or processing, it's possible PayPal is having a problem with IPN, so Gravity Forms never knows the payment was made, and the user notification never goes out.

    What are your settings in the PayPal feed for the user notification and the admin notification? Are either one or both set to not be sent until after payment has been made?

  3. Thank you so much for the quick response. Somehow i overlooked the user notification checkbox in the PayPal feed, it was set to only send on payment approval. I unchecked and it's sending the email now. Thanks again for the fast response!
