Email Notifications HTML format

  1. I am having this problem for all the email notifications..

I think the css of the email notification is messed up and the body of the email includes the subject o the email, before this was not happening.

the contents of the notification is the "{all_fields}"

see attached file for the comparison http://ge.tt/5tkizqF/v/0?c

  5. Could you go ahead and test for theme/plugin conflicts next?

I've seen a plugin here or there prevent notifications from sending altogether, so I wouldn't be surprised if for whatever reason one could potentially conflict with this.
