Email Notifications not being received.

  1. Hello I added a gravity form for a website I created. I tested it out and received the notification with no problem (my email is hosted through Google Apps) and I was just contacted by my client that they aren't receiving notifications. I asked them to check their spam box but there is nothing in it. I changed the recipient to my email and tested the form and I got the email with no problem. The website is: http://www.kingsonmold.com. I have the website hosted on my reseller account but the DNS and Email is hosted through their IT company. Any idea why they aren't receiving the notifications in the inbox or even spam box?

  2. FIXED. Changed MX records to remote server from my WHM panel.
