I there a limit on how many forms I can have on my web site.
Since I added my last one my forms all stopped sending both admin and form filler emails.
I have a google apps account for my email and dreamhost is my hosting company.
I have made no other changes to my web site or email settings.

No limit to the number of forms you can have.
It is odd that it seemed to stop sending emails after adding that last form. Maybe you were flagged as a spammer for sending too much email? Can Dreamhost check the mail logs to see if mail is being refused by Google for some reason?

Are you using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to send email?
