  1. Hello,
ive read through the previous posts of people whove had trouble with receiving email notifications and the issue being on the server side... however some forms I have set up receive proper notifcation and one does not.. Any suggestions?

  2. The From and To addresses could be the cause of your problem. To see if that is the case, setup the notifications of the form that does not work so that it looks like the form that does work.
Please note that Gravity Forms does not send any emails. It uses a native WordPress function, which in turn relies on your web server to actually send the emails. So problems with emails not being sent are usually due to web server's configuration.

  5. I can see that you have it configured to send the email to the address entered in the form's email field. When you submit tests, are you entering the exact same email addresses in both forms and you are receiving the email of one of them and not the other? That would be strange...
If so, I will need to take a closer look. Could you send me an admin login to your WP dashboard to alex@rocketgenius.com so that I can help you troubleshoot this? Please include a link to this post in your email

  6. Yes, I am entering the same email address in both forms and Ive even tried other email addresses just in case it's being blocked or sent to spam..

Id be happy to send you a admin login, but that form that I have is currently running to accept donations for a charity until Christmas, would your troubleshooting affect this at all? if so we can wait until after the holidays for you to look at it.. Thanks..

  8. @Nickel, please begin a new topic for your issue. Describe exactly what is happening, and what you've already tried to do to resolve it. Post a URL to your site if it is public. Every email notification problem is different and needs to be addressed separately.

One thing that works in 99% of cases is to install and configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin:
