Hello,
Is there any way to email an entry once it has already been submitted. For example, someone submits a form, and I as the admin want to email that form entry to someone else duplicating the Email Notification that was sent.

No, there is not. But it is a good idea. Would make a good feature in the Entry Detail page. I'll add it to our feature idea list for inclusion in a future release.
