Hello,
We have gravity forms up and running nicely with the conditional email routing set on a particular drop-down. Apparently when filling out this form straight through (with sections separated by page breaks) everything works perfectly. However, when one is half way through the form and then one backs up to the first drop-down (first section/page, the one determining the email routing) and chooses a different value, the form will be routed to both choices (the first and the new drop-down value).
I'm guessing this is a bug, as I'm not sure what I could set or change in gravity forms to prevent this from happening. Please feel free to let me know if there is any code that can be added to alleviate this hiccup.
