Email Syntax

  1. Up until now, we've been using Contact Form 7 to fake forwarded emails to Highrise so that forms completed are attached to the correct client.

To do this, the Highrise dropbox needs to have this in the email header:
    From: Sender Name <sender@sender.com>

The problem is, the Notification message in GF strips out the <> symbols and removes the email address in the editor.
I've even tried creating hidden fields called GT and LT, pre-populated with the operators. ">" is carried through OK, but the email is still received without "<" which breaks the syntax.

Does anyone know how I can force GF to NOT strip out the characters?
Or is there a different mail syntax I can use instead of <> that Highrise will still understand as a forwarded message?

I've tried disabling autoformatting too - no joy.
