Just bought Gravity Form minutes ago, and I'm very satisfied with the performance and functionality! congrats for that!
Now my question... is it possible for the admin to receive on their email account the message sent, instead of just sending a notify message having to go to the WP admin panel.

Yes, you can set up the administrator notifications to send you all of the information in the form via email, or just portions of it if you prefer. The notification emails can be configured pretty much however you'd like.
In this example, you'll see that the "all fields" token is in the message body, this means the admin will get an email with the content from all of the available form fields included.
In this example, only the contact name and email are being sent in the notification.
