    Is there an easy way to "split" a form/survey? I'm looking to separate a survey across a series of slides in a slideshow (embed section 1 on a slide, section 2 on another, etc.), and wondered if anyone had looked into this before I start...

    Edit: I understand there is similar functionality using the page-break, but I am trying to integrate this into another existing slideshow.

    No, our paged forms and whatnot are not really paged, just elements of a single form are hidden. You can't take pages out of that form and show it on different pages. It just doesn't work that way.
