Embedded Hyperlink for Text?

I've searched the program, documentation and forum for this feature -- but can't find it:

Is is possible to add text that is hyperlinked?

For example, if I wanted a client to see an actual sample of an option that they might select on the form -- I might include text such as: "Click Here for Sample" -- and insert a hyperlink for that text that, when clicked, opens a new browser tab or browser window that shows them exactly what that option looks like.

    Does this exist?

    Thanks

  2. The description fields support HTML content. You can include hyperlinks there.

Thanks Kevin. I may have not been clear.

I need to include hyperlinked text in my forms like "CLICK HERE" -- so that when my customer clicks on "CLICK HERE" -- it spawns a new browser tab or a new browser window that represents that URL.

I can't seem make this happen using the description field. It's very possibly "operator error" on my part -- but I can't seem to find documentation on this feature.

    Did I misunderstand your post?

  4. I don't know that there's any specific documentation related to creating a hyperlink, but you can put standard html markup in the description fields, whatever you'd like and it should render... including hyperlinks.
