Emergency! Previously working Contact form DOWN

    The form was appearing and functional and now it is gone!

    (Other issues- may not be related, but occurred in the same time frame)
    Twitter Facebook Social Share is not showing all icons and the right footer widget disappeared.

    The code for your Facebook stuff isn't correct. It is left "open"

    That might be part of the issue...
