EMPTY CART ERROR

  1. I have a form that shows one of two product fields for a registration... If you select SINGLE, then it works, if you select to attend as a couple, then you get a paypal CART EMPTY error?

    But, everything is the same?

Any ideas? I've tried removing the fields and putting in new ones, etc. Double checking my logic.

NOTHING helps - it I select TWO, then I get cart empty?????

  2. Hi, ehdesign,

Can you explain your form setup a bit more? You mention you have two product fields, how are they setup? Does one have a Field Type of Hidden and the other Drop Down? Are Single and Couple both options in the same drop down? Do you have prices specified for single and for couple?

  3. No, all are standard fields - single products with No quantity - which shoud default to ONE.

Some are conditional fields - they only show if you choose certain conditions.

    link is here: http://www.blackhawkministries.org/events/the-art-of-marriage-registration/

for example, if you select TWO attendees and select that you want LUNCH. You will see the lunch price show up. But it is not carried to paypal??????

    Any ideas?

I STRONGLY think it is the most recent update that has broken this.

  4. There have been updates to Gravity Forms and the PayPal Add-On. What version do you have of each? Which one did you update recently and was the form working correctly before the update?

Can you try switching back to the previous version of GF first and see if the form works so we can narrow down if it were the update to Gravity Forms? If that makes no difference, can you try to go back to the previous version of PayPal and see if it works then?
