Empty default value

    Hi, in my form:
    http://regalarcestasadomicilio.com/2012/?page_id=1713

I need some option pricing dropdown fields to be empty by default (so the "total" field, won't add up until you really choose an option)
    For eg: field nº1:
    Desayuno elegido*
    Desayuno Clásico

Instead of "Desayuno Clásico" has to be empty or said something like "elige tu desayuno aquí"

    Question nº 2:
How can I show the prices in the label?

    thanks

  2. The pricing for products will not be shown in the label unless you add them to the label, like:

    Product no 1: $100

The pricing for options will be shown by default.

I'm not sure I understand your question about the blank value for the drop down.

    Question 2:
I'm not using a "product field", I'm using an "option pricing field" which doesn't show the price, look field n.1 here:(named "desayuno elegido")
    http://regalarcestasadomicilio.com/2012/?page_id=1713

    Question 1:
In this same field, when you load the form, the default value is "desayuno clasico". I want that field (among others) to be empty by default (when you load the form)

    Thanks

  4. Q2. The price of the option change will be shown by default. That is why it's not shown for the first item, but it is shown for subsequent items and it increases your total by that amount..

Q1. You can have options with a label and price, but no value. Enable values by checking the box "show values" then clear out the default value for the options you want to have no value.

Q2. "The price of the option change will be shown by default."

Sorry but I'm not sure to understand this, I need the price to be showed in the dropdown like beside the option, I know that increases my total, but that is on the bottom of the page, and my client doens't see it until he scroll down. This doesn't work for my business.

Q1. "You can have options with a label and price, but no value. Enable values by checking the box "show values" then clear out the default value for the options you want to have no value."

Yeah, but the problem is that, if my client doens't choose any item, the form won't tell him:

"There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below."

since it recognise that he choose the "value empty" option.

  6. Regarding question 2, that is how Gravity Forms currently works. The price change related to the option is all that is shown. You can use the gform_format_option_label to change how the option prices are displayed: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_format_option_label

Regarding question 1, please export this form and email it to me at chris@rocketgenius.com and I will install it and see if I can help you. Thank you.

  8. Cristian, I tried importing that form but I cannot edit it after it's loaded. I thought it was related to the HTML you added to the form title, but I edited the XML and could not edit the form after importing the edited form again. Can you please export the form and email it to chris@rocketgenius.com - maybe something is being lost in translation with dropbox and me saving a local copy. Thank you.
