"Enhanced UI" drop down text color same as background

  1. I know how to change the text color in CSS but I thought this may be a bug or oversight so I wanted to let you know.

In my drop-down field with "enhanced user interface" checked, all the text within the "dropped down" section is white, and the background is also white. It looks like it's picking up my .entry-content text color and doesn't have any defaults given by gravity form CSS.

Or at least it doesn't *seem* to. Just wanted to make you aware of it if you weren't already.

    Thanks for the great plugin.

  2. Hi JnJ,

Thanks for reporting this. Gravity Forms strives to inherit a much of the theme's styles as possible to make it look like part of your site right out of the box; however, since the chosen script sets a default background color of white for the drop down, it does make sense for it to also set a default font color that will contrast with the white.

I'll forward this to the GF CSS guru master Kev. ;)

  3. We really haven't modified the default chosen script CSS but I'll take some time to review it and see if we need to update it for scenarios like this. Thanks for the heads up. We'll incorporate any changes in the next release.
