enquiry form with post title

hi there,
i'm trying to work something out, but it seems to be quite tricky..

i have custom posts called 'releases' and i'd like to use a gravity form, so people can enquiry about each release. is there a way to do it, so once someone sends a message, it automatically shows the title of the post on which that form is? i've already embede the form into the template, but cannot work out how to do the rest. i've used Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types plugin, but not sure how to do it exactly.

You want to populate the subject line of the admin notification email with the post title, so when the notification arrives, you know from which post the form was submitted?

If that is what you want to do, you can use this merge tag as the subject line of your notification:
```
Contact regarding {embed_post:post_title}
```
If there were a form embedded in this page, that would make the subject line of your email:
Contact regarding enquiry form with post title
