Entire form not displaying

  1. Hello.
Problem: No form is showing up on page.
This is the page the survey should be displaying on: http://meetmeattheoffice.com/take-the-survey/ The page is showing up blank for me.

I created the survey. It is active. I created a new page (Take the survey) and inserted the survey into the page via the Gravity Button. Nothing is showing up. I have done this exact process with 2 other pages/surveys, and they are working just fine.

I have made the survey inactive, then activated it again. Any other ideas?

Looks like a strange JQuery issue. Can you look at the following errors and try the following steps?

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=DroidSans
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href$=.mp3] jquery.js:3

  3. Hello, I appreciate your fast response. I'm new to nerd-dom, and have a possibly dumb question about switching themes.

If I activate the new theme as recommended, when I switch back to my Premium theme, will everything still look/work the same? I paid some fancy website editors to style my premium theme, and don't want to lose any of that work.

  4. Everything will look and work the same. However, depending on the theme, you might lose your widgets or widget settings. If those are important to you, be sure to copy down what they are first, before you switch themes.

You can also start with plugin conflict resolution first and save the theme change for last.

You will not lose any of the design work done in your custom theme when changing themes.
