I try to drag and drop entries fields from left to right or right to left but nothing happens. There are 5 active and 22 inactive fields. I see other people have the same problem but have not seen a reliable solution yet,

  2. Do you mean when customizing the entry screen, where you are trying to make certain fields visible, on the left?

I have had instances where I could not drag from the bottom of the right side list, directly to the left. In that case, I drag them up, on the right side, then drop them. Then drag them over to the left. Is that what you mean?

That's exactly what I mean. I can't drag them up on the right side either, they will not stick. I can't drag any fields from the right to the left or vise versa.

  4. Please send me a WordPress administrator login for your site. It's possible you have a theme or plugin conflict which is interfering with the Gravity Forms jQuery required for drag and drop. If you prefer not to send that, you can check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Please let me know in the email which columns you want on the left, and in which order. Please send the email to chris@rocketgenius.com

  5. I am also trying to reorder columns with Edit link. Drag and drop seems to be working but, it will not allow me to save changes. Nothing happens when I click Save.

Is there someplace else I can save column order?

  6. Disregard. I switched themes to make changes and they stuck.

So it is a theme conflict. You might want to notify its developer that is outputting JS errors or including JS in admin pages that it ought not to. All my best!
