Entries missing from Dashboard

  1. I have problems with missing entries in the Dashboard.

I DO get the notification emails, but when I execute search on the specific form's entries in dashboard, nothing shows up, no matter what item I use for the search: field email, first name, last name, phone number etc.

This started to show after the last upgrade of gravity.

    Can you please help?

  2. You get the notification email but there is no entry present? That is unusual because the notification is sent after the entry is created.

Please be sure you are using the latest Gravity Forms and WordPress.

Then, check for theme and plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Finally, be sure you are not using any caching plugins as those can interfere with form submissions.

  3. URGENT - Just launched our website a few weeks ago and we are loosing business on customers that we cannot answer.

We have the exact same problems. I checked the SQL database and all entries are there.

How did you solve the problem?

    Installation Status

    PHP Version 5.2.17
    MySQL Version 5.5.32
    WordPress Version 3.5.1
    Gravity Forms Version 1.7.5

Did you move your site? Is it all entries? Did you try the testing instructions linked to in the previous post?

  5. Thank you for your prompt response!
Yes, we moved our site BUT all the entries are from the new one i.e. I have 11 entries that show up on the list of forms submitted and 35 on the database. ALL of them were submitted while in the new website. I think everything was OK under 1.6.12 (the first version we installed.) - All our problems started after your upgrade. Any way to roll back and see if that solves the problem?

  6. I activated the 2011 theme and the problem remains
I deactivated all plugins and the problem remains
I have a database with 35 forms and 11 show in one type (plus 5 in trash) and one shows up in form 2 and 3.
We have more than 20 forms missing (and they are piling up...)

Sounds like something got messed up on the move to be honest. Can you try out Meta Recovery tool on our Downloads page to restore forms and entries in your site? http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/

You'll download and install it, and it will add an option, you should be able to try to recover each form, and let us know how it goes please.

  8. Didn't help.
The entries shows the same 11 submissions - Every new submission (I submit myself) don't show-up on the list either - even after the recovery. I receive the email notification though. There is also a weird thing. I can receive emails on Gmail, but not when sent to the admin address.
The new version really messed up.
    Any possible solutions?
    Thank you again!

  10. Here is an additional piece of information: now in the list of plugins I hae the following message under Gravity Forms: "Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now." When I enter the REGISTER it shows the page with the Support License Key with a green "ok" symbol. All this started after the last update. Please help. Thank you!

  11. Hi! Do you have any suggestion on how to solve the problems? Thank you!

  12. It looks like your database didn't get updated correctly after upgrading to 1.7.5. This probably happened because your database user does not have ALTER permission to the database.
The first you can try is go to your settings page (Forms -> Settings), and add "&setup" to the URL so that it looks something like the following:
    http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&setup
When you navigate to that page, the database update process will be executed and you will see errors if the database could not be updated. If you don't see any errors, the process went through correctly.
