Entries no longer display in admin area (all forms)

Can't pinpoint date last accessed successfully (sometime within the last 2 weeks), but Entries for two of my forms will not render in the Admin Area. WP menus appear on the top and left, but the central content pane is entirely blank.

The two forms this occurs for are nearly identical in setup (submission forms for previous two year festivals). The current application form is still active here:
    http://www.torontosketchfest.com/the-festival/apply/

It doesn't appear to be related to this post, as my table prefix is all lower-case:

    Your assistance is appreciated.

The one similarity these two forms share that differs from the others is that the application forms themselves are paged. Not sure if that's relevant considering it's the Entries display that's not functioning.

Update: entries for these two forms were displaying correctly on Monday/Tuesday of this week (the day before this post was made).

Can you try the following please to see if you can isolate a source for the issue?

I will do that - however, no changes whatsoever (plugin updates, theme changes) have occurred in the past couple of weeks, and Entries were displaying properly as late as Mon/Tues of this week.

I'll have to do these tests off-hours as this site is a comedy festival in their peak of activity.

HTML source output stops at line 325 in the admin page when attempting to look at the Entries for each of those two forms after the closing tag of the wpbody-content div. Not sure if that provides a clue.

Yeah, I still think it is some kind of conflict that has popped up somewhere... You might want to check server logs as well to see if there is anything being written. I've never heard of this specific issue before.

Can you give me some advice on a) where to see the logs, and b) what to look for?

You will want to talk to your web host as they might have logs set to write nearly anywhere in the file system. They will want to look at the PHP error logs to see if anything is being written.

A new plugin was installed. It's called ML Adverts. Something in this plugin is causing this conflict.

What do you recommend - source a new plugin that serves ads, I guess?

Yes, and notify the plugin author about the issue so that hopefully they can correct it in the future.
