Entry Export options hidden

    I am unable to export entries as a CSV file. After choosing a form from the drop down list, the options to choose the fields and download the file do not appear. When I look at the page source I see the form fields in the code but they all have a style setting of "display:none". I recently updated Gravity Forms from 1.6.8 to 1.6.9 to see if it would fix the problem but no luck.

    Are there any known conflicts with other plugins that would cause this behavior? Or is there any other advice that you can give?

    Sounds like you have a plugin or theme conflict which is causing a JavaScript error in your admin screen. There is no list of known plugins, but any plugin which is outputting its scripts on the Gravity Forms admin page could be suspect.

    Additionally, I saw a website recently where the member could not export entries and it was due to Attracta code being added to the admin page by the hosting company, not a plugin or theme.

    I discovered that the Jetpack for WordPress plugin version 2.0 was causing the problem with Gravity Forms entry exporting (among other things). Reverting back to version 1.9.2 fixed the problem.

    Thank you for that update. That's the first I've heard of a conflict with Jetpack (in recent memory anyway.)
