Hi, I've got 3 Gravity Forms on my site.....2 of which are also using this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-dps-pxpay/ to hook up to DPS for payments. They have been extensively tested in both dev and live environments.
1 of the forms is working great, payments are going through with no problem and entries are always created in the back end. But apparently a payment has been made with the other form (approved through DPS) and NO entry has been created.......I can't see what would be wrong. Do you have any suggestions to check what has happened? The form in question is http://www.mtcheeseman.co.nz/prices/season-passes/family-pass/
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. The payment has gone through but we have no details as this should all be in the filled out form.....which there is no entry or notifications for. Help!?
