Entry Submissions Not Emailing OR Shoing up in Form Entries in Backend

  1. Hi there - I have a similar issue to here - http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/gravity-form-not-working-for-everyone#post-79507

A client has not had a form submission since 22 February 2013 - usually they receive about 20 a day. On investigation testing showed that form submissions were a) not being sent to the email address set in the form notification field and b) the form submissions were not being added to the 'entries' list like normal. The last one was 22 February. I've turned off all plugins to no avail. When I do a test submission it appears to go through fine and the "thankyou" screen appears BUT there is NO record anywhere of the submission itself.

    HELP!

  2. Hi - Issue appears resolved. If anyone else has this problem here's what fixed it for me.

I changed the default "no-conflict" setting to "Yes" and "NO" to akismet setting. So reason why I couldn't see any entries and my client wasn't receiving any was ALL entries (for an entire three weeks!) were being marked as SPAM yet they were not appearing in the backend under Entries in the SPAM column. I retrieved all the hidden "spam" entries by adding this to my browser while logged in to the backend - http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_entries&view=entries&id=1&filter=spam

...Where id=1 is the form ID. So just change "1" to your form ID#.

You can then simply mark all as not spam and they will be placed in the main entries list. Note I had to do this one by one. Doing a bulk "not spam" update caused loads of error strings to appear.
    Thanks - Catie
